职位描述：
Jula Asia Co. Ltd. Is a part of the Global Sourcing Group in JULA AB, our owner is one of the biggest DIY Retailer change in Scandinavia with department stores in Sweden, Norway and Poland, we have our Jula Asia Co. Ltd. Headquarter in Shanghai and two Branch Office in Ningbo and Guangzhou, in Jula Asia Co. Ltd. We are expanding rapidly and we are now looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Junior Quality Engineer with a good team spirit to join our Quality & Compliance Department, the function will be based in our Guangzhou Branch Office and with reference to our Senior Quality & Compliance Manager, we look forward to welcome the right candidate to Jula Asia Co. Ltd.

DIRECT RESPONSIEBILITY:
1. Perform factory quality audits at Jula’s suppliers and follow up corrective action;
2. Coordinate product safety tests. Performance tests in the factory or with third-party labs;
3. Evaluate new samples and propose necessary suggestion;
4. Review inspection report and propose necessary suggestion;
5. Follow up quality claim. Push supplier for improvement;
6. Enhance the product quality by working closely with the suppliers to work out the best solutions
7. Be responsible for ad hoc projects that assigned by line manager or senior management team.

INDIRECT RESPONSIEBILITY:
1. Assist purchasing dept. when problems occur with quality or product safety issues;
2. Assist other jobs assigned by managers

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
1. Familiar with electrical( White goods and small appliance preferred)/ Chemical and related European directives & EN Standard;
2. Good knowledge of product quality and manufacturing processes;
3. Good knowledge of factory system audit ISO9001 and/or equivalent;
4. Minimum 3 years working experience of Supplier Quality Engineer or similar quality work;

PERSONAL SKILLS:
1. Motivated and honest;
2. Good communication skill and team work spirit;
3. Good analytical, problem solving skills;
4. Be able to work independently;
5. Willing to learn new knowledge;
6. Willing to travel frequently

NEEDED EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical/electrical/textile engineering;
2. Language: Fluent Mandarin & English in read , write and spoken;
3. Computer skills: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

We have the most outstanding team in Sweden who provides surpassing product categories to the markets and end-users. Along with the successful business development and market expansion, the sourcing office in Shanghai was setup by JULA AB in 2010, from January 2017 we independently registered as a foreign investment company Jula Asia Co. Ltd.
Jula Asia Shanghai office is located in central Shanghai with about 334 m2 in a bright, open office in Scandinavian style, and colors and interior design as the head office in Sweden. Currently, we have 18 employees in Shanghai including our CEO Asia, divided into 4 departments which are Sourcing Team, Quality & Compliance Team, Supply Chain Team and Finance & Administration Team, 6 employees in each branch office in Guangzhou and Ningbo area. We have made a 5 years’ strategy and plan for Asia and expecting dedicated and talented candidates to join us and grow together with a great career opportunity.
