职位描述：
Mechanical R&D Project Engineer – Chinese market

We are looking for a Mechanical R&D Project Engineer in order to be the interface between Chinese customers and MTA Headquarter Mechanical R&D function.
He/she will support MTA China Sales Account Managers and the Headquarter Mechanical R&D function during the process of acquisition of new projects/customers. Moreover, he/she will support the Headquarter Mechanical R&D function in the development of new projects with new local suppliers and in benchmarking activities for the Chinese market.

His/ her main responsibilities will be:

?Concerning new projects:
-Liaise with Chinese customers in order to collect the necessary information for developing a technical and economic proposal for customized or off-the-shelf products;
-Show technical solutions concerning the Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and understand the customer’s feedback in order to revise the Cost Analysis Request (RCA).

?Concerning the on-going projects:
-Collect all the necessary information in order to develop the product (car layout, maximum size 3D models, technical specifications, etc.);
-Liaise with the customers concerning the project status;
-Collect all the information concerning improvement/ changes or share the proposal for amendment with the customer;
-Participate in project status meetings.

The requirements for this position are:
-Good knowledge of English and Chinese language
-Knowledge of car architecture
-Experience in the automotive industry and, in particular, in APQP process
-Good relationship skills
-Willing to travel for business

The candidate will attend a training in Italy concerning MTA products and technologies.
