职位描述：
Key Purpose of Job:
Includes notes here to describe how this role will support the OGSM and strategy. Also including:
1、New role will be part of Shanghai Finance Shared Service Organization
2、Collate and analyse financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
3、Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

Responsibilities:
1、Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts before deadline/cutoff
2、Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
3、Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes, reconcile accounting discrepancies and irregularities
4、Ensure on-time Accounts Receivables/Settlement and has capability of dealing with comprehensive figures and reconcile in between various data sources
5、Monitor and support taxation requirements, including VAT invoice issuance through Golden system
6、Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
7、Liaise with and maintain a healthy relationship with tax bureau
8、Backup admin jobs while Shanghai service might on leave
9、Other Ad-hoc assignments

3、Pentland ASCO Finance Team

Needs to have:
1、2 years+ experience in accounting
2、Have the experience of financial statement reconciliation and AR/settlement
3、Must have Shanghai Accounting occupation certificate
4、Able to multi-task effectively in a busy work environment and work under pressure & deadline
5、Able to work independently
6、Good MS office skills (Word & Excel)
7、Good command of both oral and written English
