- Design, drive and organize new employee on board procedure in healthcare sector;

 - Travel arrangement for managers, working hour report, purchasing office supply, dept. car arrangement, mail sending/receipt

 - Event/ outing/ seminar /business meeting organization

 - Asset Management

 - Accounting voucher management

 - Authorization Management

 - Coordinate control work in close cooperation with other function in Healthcare Sector

 - Coordinate internal & external audits and reviews in healthcare Sector


 - Assist department to deal with daily administration and file management

 - Documentation, recording and filing

 - Other office support to managers and team member
