职位描述：
Job Scope:
1. To maintain test equipment, keep equipment works fine. Or work with Germany Supporter for test equipment.
负责保养测试设备，保证设备正常运作。有时需要跟德国技术部门合作解决问题。
2. To analyze PCBA rejects.
负责项目PCBA板的测试与维修。
3. Work with EE R&D, to design/verify the test equipment which from R&D.
与电子/机械研发合作，设计和验收测试设备。
4. To track the situation of test equipment, and to think more about how to improve current test equipment.
跟踪测试设备的使用状况，并改进现有的测试设备。
5. To create test SOP/instruction, and to train operator how to use the test equipment.
撰写测试指导文件，并培训测试员工正确的使用测试设备和操作步骤。
6. When you find issue and work with other department to incorrect/improve the wrong part, to make it perfect.
发现问题时，需要及时的跟其他部门合作一起解决和改善问题。
7. To support Production line, need do different shift work, morning shift, middle shift.
为了支持产线，此岗位需要轮班制，正常是早中班，如有特殊情况，需要值晚班。
Education and skill required:
1． Associate degree and above, electronic technology and related
电子或相关专业大专以上学历
2． Familiar with office software, and know EDA tools, etc: AutoCAD/Altium Designer…
熟练使用办公软件，并知道一些开发软件，如：AutoCAD/ Altium Designer等。
3． Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation
具有良好的电子电路实验操作能力。
4． Good oral and write English or German.
很好的英语或德语听说写的能力。
Experience required:
1. Better with work experience work in EMS electronic field.
