4.普通话标准，讲课条理清晰，能够因材施教；
工作描述：
1、因材施教，提供专业、高质量小班及晚托班服务；
2、灵活应对不同年龄段的学员，帮助学员提高学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，掌握高效的学习方法；
3、紧密结合学生教学进度，为学生查漏补缺，帮助学员尽快提高成绩；
4、保证教学质量，接受业绩考核
