职位描述：
Must have:
1. Expert javascript skills. Ideal candidate will have strong NodeJS (Express or Koa) experience. If no NodeJS experience, we will also consider candidates with expert client-side javascript knowledge as well as strong server side experience with PHP, Python or C# ASP.Net MVC. Need to understand how to create a high performance, secure REST API.
2. Expert relational database skills. Ideal candidate will have strong MySQL or MariaDB experience. Will also consider candidates with PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle expertise. Need to understand how to performance optimise SQL queries, handle transactions, design efficient DB schema and have experience with high performance, large relational databases.
3. Agile project experience, working with a minimum of documentation and process overhead, favouring proactive communication, collaboration and frequent delivery of production-grade code
4. 3+ years server-side software development experience, for complex for public-facing web applications. Pragmatic understanding of how to take complex requirements, provide accurate estimates, and turn into simple, performant, reliable, secure and maintainable code.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
 
Desirable:
1. Experience with eCommerce
2. Experience with AngularJS
3. Experience with DevOps automated build and deployment (Docker, Ansible, bash scripting, cloud hosting, linux administration, etc)
4. Experience with automated testing (Selenium, Protractor, jMeter, etc)
5. Experience with Jira and Confluence project tools
6. Experience with project for mainland China
7. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin
8. Experience with Redis
9. Experience with ElasticSearch
10. Experience with RethinkDB
11. Experience with Web Sockets
