职位描述：
1、负责采购信息的整理，表格的制作；
2、贯彻执行采购工作流程与方法；
3、督导检查仓库的验收、入库及管理工作，确保采购物品的质量
4、善于和供应商沟通，制定适合双方对接的sop，制定相关的产品标准等；
5、根据公司的物质需求，选定价格合理、货物质量可靠、信誉好服务优质的供应厂商，建立长期战略合作；
6、时刻监督食材和酒水的品质，及时与门店沟通有关于供应商的品质及服务的问题；
7、不断开发新的供应渠道和供应商，制定供应商管理办法，加强对供应商的管理、考核，确保供应商提供产品的优良性；
8、愿意不断在工作中熟悉和掌握各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地。直接负责 检查购进物资是否符合质量要求。
9、完成上级领导交代的其他任务。积极与各部门进行沟通，及时了解需求情况，较好的控制成本。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，30岁以下；
4，热爱餐饮行业，愿意从事餐饮相关对接工作；
3、精通Mircosoft Office软件操作；
