Understand and interpret client briefs and translate them into quality design work from conception to completion .

Artwork Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
艺术平面设计师工作职责

  - Prepares finished files and mechanicals with copy, typographic, images, graphics that are “print-ready” according to technical specs from client.
  - Familiar with printing processes, color management and printing technologies and works with suppliers to achieve the intended design presentation as captured in AW files.
  - Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.
  - Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  - Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  - Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure the high standard of quality work and meet client's budget.
  - Effectively manage multiple projects at a time and work closely with project manager to ensure delivery of projects on-time and in-full.
  - Maintain good interpersonal skills with internal staff, vendors and client contacts.
  - Support other departments in winning new business with both current and new clients.
  - Attend meeting or business travel as assigned.
  - And any other duties related to your position and deemed customary and appropriate that may be assigned to you by our company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
任职资格
- Creative qualification with 5+ years of agency experience, preferably in packaging branding design
- Attention to detail and independently able？to manage design excellence throughout all stages
- Good team player
- Native Mandarin speaker, and some English
- Highly competent in Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Powerpoint
- 具有5年以上机构经验，有创新意识，最好在品牌包装设计方面有经验。
- 注重细节，能独立出色地完成所有阶段的设计。
- 优秀的团队合作意识。
- 母语为普通话，懂英语。
- 精通Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop和Powerpoint 。
