职位描述：
Key Duties:
-Develop and implement advertising plan and marketing activities to build and maintain high brand image
-Explore quality advertising and public relations opportunities to strengthen brand presence in the market
-Coordinate and work closely with Medias, advertising agency, public relations agency and suppliers to ensure effective marketing communication
-Coordinate with sales team and retail shop to provide necessary marketing support
-Provide support to dealers on all matters relating to marketing
-Annual Expenses and Yearly Budget forecast
-Complete the monthly and yearly report according to the management's requirement
-Provide the successful, attractive, competitive and creative campaigns
-Collect market information and provide suggestions to management

Requirements:
-University graduate, good command of English (level 6 or above)10 years above brand marketing management experiences in MNC or same industry
-Good English Communication skills include speaking and writing
-Strong hands-on marketing experiences with high-end, luxury consumer brand, experience with high-end home product preferred
-In-depth experience in coordinating with media, advertising agency and public relation agency
-In-depth experience to managing and develop e-commerce platform
-Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill with team work spirit
-Goal-oriented and able to work independently
-Strong relationship and team leader ability, taking responsibilities and building confidence
-Wants challenge, and strong ability of encouraging the team
-Conflict Management Skill (channel conflict/internal conflict)
-Honesty, Integrity, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
