Quality Control Engineer 质控工程师

Job Function 工作职责
1. Be fully accountable and responsible for assigned inspection tasks, checking quality of production from the vendors.
全权负责指派的检验任务，检验供应商的产品质量。
2. Work out, implement and follow up corrective action according to the quality problems found in inspection and testing.
根据验货和检测中发现的质量问题，制定、执行并跟踪纠正措施。
3. Feedback quality control information to the relevant AGD departments and report to QC Manager on time.
及时向公司相关部门反馈质控信息，并向质控经理汇报。
4. Involved in various projects and complete other quality missions.
参与并完成多个项目以及其它和质量相关任务。
5. Conduct Vendor Audits according to AGD’s quality standard and criteria.
根据公司的标准和要求，进行供应商审核。
6. Prepare inspection reports to QC Manager and Inspection Certificate to vendors on time.
制作并向质控经理递交验货报告，向供应商提供验货合格证。
7. Investigate customer claims. Provide feedback on the root cause of the problem and preventative measures for future orders.
调查客户投诉。找出被投诉的问题的根本原因，并为今后的订单提出预防措施。
8. Help guide and coordinate with vendors to manufacture according to AGD’s quality standard and criteria. 协助指导和协调供应商根据公司质量要求和标准进行生产。
9. Provide technical support to relevant departments. 向相关部门提供技术支持。
 
Requirements 岗位要求
1. College Degree or above, major in Science and engineering.大专以上学历，理工专业毕业。
2. 3+ years experience in quality management, production and process controls.
在质量管理、生产、流程控制有3年以上相关工作经验。
3. Familiar with International consumer product standards, experience in hard goods, electrical products and indoor/outdoor furniture.
熟悉国际消费品质量标准，具备杂货、电器产品和家具验货经验
4. Familiar with AQL. 熟悉验收合格标准。
5. Good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.中英文读写能力强。
6. Strong communication skills.沟通能力好。
7. Willing to travel frequently.愿意长期出差。
8. Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company. 能独立工作并与公司内外各层级人员良好沟通。
9. Able to work under pressure in a team environment. 能在团队中抗压工作。
