职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? In collaboration with the responsible person for the area, assessing the feasibility of automation projects establishing objectives in relation to cost saving, inprovements in quality and/or ergonomy
? In collaboration with the responsible person for the area, carrying out the functional description of the project
? Carrying out the integral design of the project integrating the different specialties: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics,...
? Taking responsibility for the creation and leadership of a multidisciplinary project team for its development and start-up
? Managing the purchases and outsourcing derived from an automation project maintaining the suitable dialogue with suppliers
? Taking responsibility for the start-up of the project ensuring the compliance with the objectives of the project, establising, in addition, the preventive maintenance guidelines
? Ensuring the suitable documentation of each project according to Company’s standards, as well as the training for users
? Complying with the policy of the management systems, whether in terms of quality, environmental aspects or in that referred to the considerations provided by the relevant legislation on prevention, occupational health and safety
? Taking part in the improvement activities of the working processes organization where his/her collaboration is required

Qualifications:
? 2 to 5 years working experience minimum in a similar position
? Good Knowledge of injection machines (plastic and rubber)
? Advanced knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
? Good knowledge of programming (PLC) and Vision
? Some knowledge of Safety regulations
? Able to communicate well and lead the project with the staff of the workshop, warehouse, engineering and production department
? Able to provide basic training to the maintenance, line production and operators when needed
? Excellent ability to respect deadline.
? Good English level (speaking and listening), there will be communication with the headquarters by teleconference or call on a regular basis.
