职位描述：
Responsabilities:
- Develop new item’s collection together with customers and suppliers (send inquiry to suppliers, follow up the sample’s status, check samples and lab dips, send final samples to customer for their approval) and control the sample’s delivery schedule
- Source new suppliers to enlarge the backup factory’s list
- Select new items and make proposal to customers for new collection’s development
- Maintain strong relationship with factories through regular contacts and visit
- Keep constant contact with customer to understand trend, inquiry, needs and meet their requirements
- Follow up orders and control delivery time
Requirements:
- at least 2/3 years working experience in garment industry
- strong skills in garment development, supplier’s sourcing, order follow up
- Experience in sweater and jacket development is an advantage
- Service oriented with positive working attitude and professional behavior, pro-active, result oriented
- Desire to lead, motivate and drive a team
- Willing to travel abroad and around China to visit factories and clients and to attend exhibitions
- Good Communication skills in English, Italian and Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc)
