职位名称：高级项目工程师/项目经理
Position Title: Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager

工作职能：
Project Engineering Functions:
1. Provide necessary technical support at client or supplier locations, and accompany Infinite Sum team members on client or supplier visits as technical support and / or as translator / interpreter。
给客户或供应商提供必要的技术支持, 及客户或供应商来访时负责相应技术，翻译，协调工作
2. Investigate potential China suppliers to support Infinite Sum / client needs
为客户及公司需求开发潜在供应商
3. Assist in potential supplier assessments utilizing Infinite Sum's web based Supplier Assessment (SA) tool; use SA results to develop Supplier Development Plans
利用公司系统工具，协助评估潜在供应商，并制定供应商开发计划
4. Maintain contact and follow up on client / supplier activities in China on behalf of foreign based Infinite Sum team members
维护及跟进客户和供应商关系
5. Develop Work Plans with task definitions, responsibility and timing to track project progress / completion
制定工作计划，和责任划分，按照时效跟踪项目进展/完成
6. Investigate client / supplier quality issues to assist in determining root causes and potential corrective actions
协助解决质量问题，并调查根本问题原因和可能的纠正措施
7. Other responsibilities as assigned in support of Infinite Sum projects
协助公司其他项目等

项目管理职能:
Project Management Functions:
1. Maintain direct contact with US based Infinite Sum team to collect all information necessary for successful planning and execution of projects to meet Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements.
与美国团队保持联系，协助收集必要的信息，以满足客户的成本，质量，及交期上的要求。
2. Communicate directly with selected supplier and monitor activities to assure Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements are met.
直接对面现有供应商及对工厂监管监督，来确保达成客户在成本，质量，交期上的要求。
3. Make recommendations and develop plans for supplier development, continuous improvement, cost reductions, etc.
制定供应商发展计划，持续改进，降低成本等。
4. Determine and request personnel and skill sets required at the selected supplier locations to effectively meet Customer cost, quality and delivery requirements.
确认和要求现有供应商的人工及技术能够有效得包租客户成本，质量和交货期要求。
5. Assess project risks and opportunities; create work plans to address issues and follow through to completion
对项目风险和机遇进行评估；制定工作计划，解决问题并跟踪至完成。
6. Track project status and submit regular reports to Infinite Sum Senior Management
跟踪项目状态，并定期向公司管理层报告。
7. Train, mentor and develop team personnel
培养，指导，和发展项目其他人员。

岗位要求：
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in injection, blow injection and plastic packaging industry field with 8+ years experience in sourcing, project management, quality assurance and manufacturing
大学本科及以上学历，在食品包装，食品容器等行业工作8年及以上，有采购，项目管理，质量和生产管理方面经验。
2. Experience developing, and using, Work Plans, Project Timing Plans, Open Issue Lists and other project management tools
熟悉并善于运用工作计划，项目时间管理，问题追踪，及其他项目管理工具
3. Knowledge of quality tools including Process Capability, Problem Solving Methods, Statistical Process Control, Gage R&R, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
熟悉过程控制，问题解决，统计控制，Gage R&R, FMEA, 控制计划等
4. Knowledge of ISO / Food safety
熟悉ISO 或食品安全 方面体系
5. Verbal and written fluency in English
