职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments
- Design and documentation support on projects of various sizes and complexities
- Produce and/or oversee development and review construction documents
- Oversee coordination of Interior, MEP, and Structural related disciplines (including consultants) during the design phase
- Improve the overall standards of design quality, both in concepts and documentation

Skills and Qualifications (required unless otherwise noted):

- Previous experience working on complex projects in all phases
- Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills; effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams of designers
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit with 3D modeling skills, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch Up, Rhino
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines
- On the path to licensure desired; LEED Accreditation a plus
- B Arch degree required, M Arch degree preferred
- Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills required
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams of designers
- Proficiency in English is a must; Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment
