职位描述：

主要职责
1.负责客服部、下属管理工作；包括但不仅限普通行政工作；
2.负责与学生家长接待联系，包括但不仅限课程报名，学费收款；
3.接听家长来电，咨询相关课程内容，安排补课时间；
4.安排国际国内外比赛、夏令营等事宜；
5.学生课业安排、调换课、开课注意事项通知，协调教务工作等；
6.上级交待的临时事宜；

任职资格
1.良好的中英文沟通能力，专业四级及以上，听说读写能力强；英语能力未合格者请勿打扰；
2.有亲和力，形象气质佳，沟通能力强；良好的执行能力、应变能力及幽默感；
3.有教育培训机构工作背景优先；
4.工作时间：周二至周六或周三至周日；做五休二。
5.可即時上班优先。
