职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Arrange daily work schedule for the sales staff.
2. Responsible for the sales manager's schedule.
3. Arrange weekly meetings of the Sales Department.
4. Responsible for the call forwarding and customer consultation of the sales department;
5. Support for the other logistical things arranged by the sales department and other work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree above, administration or secretary relative industry.
2. CET-6 excellent English writing and presentation skills.
3. More than two years experience of secretarial work, be able to write business documents and business correspondence.
4. with good professional ethics, steady and careful , strong sense of responsibility and undering pressure.
5. Be able to accept the overtime work.
6. compliance with company policies, subject to the lead in organizing, no labor disputes with the original company, no gross negligence and false work records;
