Products: Various pedestal types for raised floor made of punched, cut, machined, stamped, welded and galvanized steel materials. In addition, we may look at different types of floor panels such as wooden core panels, aluminum panels and Calium-sulfate panels.

- Location: Mostly but not limited to Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces in suppliers’ factories.

- Education Background: Technical, Engineering, Quality Control with a focus on Metal Production

- Working Experience: at least 5 years practical work experience in Quality Control and Assurance in a factory or in a trading company, experience with steel products is a must.

- Job Description & Outline of Responsibilities:
o Ongoing product inspections of above mentioned steel products during production.
o Possibility of additional final inspections before shipment according to AQL standard.
o Writing of corresponding QC reports in English.
o Cooperation with purchasing department of the MIG HQ in Shanghai and Germany and the factory in order to time each QC accordingly based on the agreed delivery times and previous production achievements during production.
? Solving of quality problems together with the factories in China and ensure that the factories maintain the agreed quality for all deliveries.
? Solving of problems with timely deliveries together with the factories in China and ensure that the factories maintain the agreed delivery time for all deliveries.
o After a training period support, given by our team, the applicant (Quality Controller (QC)) will conduct factory audits, technical evaluations of the production and other QA / QC processes.
o 90% of the working time will be spent in the factories, which are located in the provinces, mentioned above or other rural areas in China.
？ Training in the factories for the products will be provided by our team.

o A huge amount of traveling will be required in order to see all factories on a frequent basis.
o The successful applicant will schedule the tasks mostly independently, only sometimes on demand by other staff members.

- Qualifications required:
o Interest in technical work, experience in QC on Steel Products is a must.
o A keen attention to detail is central to the job in order to detect defects.
o Applicant must understand blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
o Candidates must have an interest in working “hands-on” with suppliers in rural areas.
o Practical experience of working with factories or practical experience as a QC/QA engineer in a factory producing steel products is required.
? Should be familiar with AQL and how to apply it during a QC
? Must be able to handle QC tools and measuring equipment
? Must be able to evaluate timely progress of productions and detect problems in early stages.
o Knowledge of steel products and the production processes thereof.
o Basic knowledge of quality assurance concepts and international standards such as ISO, CE, DIN, TUV/GS etc. as well as the quality requirements of overseas markets (Europe, North America).
o Must be a team player with strong communication and social skills (with colleagues in China and Germany, factories)
o Good organizational skills (updating & maintaining of QC files and reports, organizing own time management)
o Must be able and willing to travel about 90% of his / her time in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces and potentially others in the future.
o Must be able to work independently.
o Must be reliable and dedicated.
o English: Written and spoken on business level.
o Chinese as mother tongue.
o Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, internet.
