职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead advance technology development, benchmark and research for HVAC and PTC electrical systems developments and identify gaps
- Define electrical standards that satisfy customer product technical requirements
- FMEA lead for electrical product reliability by design, specify requirements for validating through test regimes identified through FMEA process
- Product Design Guide creation that identifies the KEY design requirements for electrical products and continually review to improve update with teams
- Manage new project for electrical products according to PDP procedures and track status to meet KEY milestones
- PDT reviews participation report status for electrical products and projects
- Tracking “Open Issue List” (OIL) including document, track and ensure resolution for all electrical product activities
- Manage all project deliverables to ensure on time delivery of customer, supplier, and project requirements; to include internal design and management reviews.
- Change control manage design change for all electrical products
- Release designs in Team Center CAD environment and control revision level of design
- Test and validation requirements specification
- Coordinate and manage working level meetings in order to meet the customer and internal deliverables within the electrical team.
- EMC performance of products
- Vertical integration, supplier assessments for all electrical products

Qualifications and Requirement:
? Education
Bachelor or higher, Electrical / Electronics’ and Control Systems
? Experience
More than 8 years working experiences in automotive industry in Electrical products Engineering, Automotive Thermal Systems Engineering development and design
? Competencies
Familiar with thermal systems and components in automotive applications
Ability to lead the Electrical Team and to communicate within a cross functional and international team environment
? Knowledge / Skills
Strong communications skills required
Project Management on the job experience
Strong problem solving skills, detail oriented, take ownership of job duties, autonomous
? Language
Chinese, fluent in English
