职位描述：

Core Tasks：

1. Parts Handling

- Inquire & Analysis including price term, payment term etc.

- Handling of shipping and customs clearance matters

- Team up with SPC - KUKA

2. Vendor Management

- Quality Control

- Costing & Delivery management

- Performance evaluation

3. Team up with CS Design Team

- Subsystem/MHE investigation

- In/export handling calculation

- Insurance handling project related

4. Purchase Order management (SP) including issue Purchase Order, follow up order confirm , shipping, delivery etc

5. Purchasing Contract management (SSS/FS/SS/SO/EM)

- Non-Trading Contract

- Negotiate & draft out purchasing contract, ensure the articles of contract be complete, reasonable and legal

6. Prepare the payment document and work with finance department to arrange payment

7. Update and Maintain Master Data in SAP

Focus on MM Module

Secondary Tasks：

1. Support CS sales team in quotation of server, IT hardware from third parties in biding phase.
2. Understand company’s products in detail so as to effectively contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects

Requirements：

· Minimum tertiary education gradate with at least 3 years working experience in similar capacity

· Preferably with experience working in an Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) environment as sales/project coordinator.

· A team player with good planning skill, self driven, proactive and flexible

· Pleasant personality with good communication skills, both written and oral

· Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin

Bachelor Degree is required
