职位描述：
Official Title: Receptionist Intern 行政前台实习生
Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
-Greeting Customers and Visitors/访客接待
Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination.在前台接待来访人员并给予清晰的目的地指示。

- Pick up Internal Calls& External Calls/电话接听
Answer the telephone (Internal calls & External calls) and transfer professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency.专业地接听和转接内部/外部电话，必要时作留言记录。

- Handle Office Mails/办公室邮件处理
Provide general services including incoming/outgoing correspondences. Receive internal mails and check the register list to make sure the information correct. Distribution company documents. 为员工提供快递寄件等日常服务。接收内部文件并检查登记清单，确保信息无误。处理寄公司的文件。

- Booking Service / 预订服务
Book train/air/hotel tickets for guests or colleagues. 为员工及客户及时预订所需的火车票、机票及酒店。

- Lunch count / 盘点用餐人数
Every morning calculate the number of lunch. 每日盘点当日需食用午餐的员工人数。

- Backup for team members/团队后援
Take the responsibility of team members when they are absent. 团队同事缺席时，主动承担相应工作。

- Management for Reception area environment/前台环境维护
Ensure lobby area and the front desk is maintained neatly at all times. 确保大堂区域和前台整洁有序。

- Perform other tasks as assigned/完成其他委派的工作。


Job Requirements and Skill：

Hard working, diligent, can accomplish work under pressure

Good speaking & written English

College/University graduate

Excellent time management and computer skills are a must
