? Issue shipping instructions to Vendors/carriers/freight forwarders
        签发装运指示给卖主/船公司/货代
? following release of materials and tracking shipping schedule by both email ,fax and phone
        通过邮件、传真和电话，跟踪货物放行及装运进程
? Enters logistics information on-line
         即时在系统中输入物流信息
? preparing shipping documents including invoice , packing list , purchase order and necessary documents for customs declaration
         准备报关单证包括发票、装箱单、采购订单和必要的文件
? handling customs declaration , products inspection and communication with the broker or the Customs of China
        处理报关、产品检验，并与报关公司或海关保持有效沟通
? check the duty & tariff for material
         核对货物关税
? planning delivery material to warehouse
        计划安排货物入库
? enter in-stock on line
        及时在系统中输入入库货物信息
? Handle all related to shipments despatched from warehouse and delivery to customers from warehouse.
        负责所有仓库发货和从仓库送到客户的相关事宜。
? Tracks shipment exceptions and maintains as needed
        追踪装运意外，必要时予以维护
? Assist with any freight claims for loss, damage or overcharge.
        协助处理货物灭失、破损、非正常价等索赔
? Handle all application of certifications as required by government mandated to import , export and local business
        遵守政府法规，办理进出口及本地业务的必要法律法规证件的申请
? Assist in inquiring and maintaining cost of logistics , research for cost saving .
