Job Duty:

-Take part in new tooling design, inspection and develop WI. injection paramater of new plastic parts.

-Communication with R&D and tooling Engineer for new projecs, design change handings. Design, evaluate and inspect the fixtures for plastic parts.

-Make the instandard control plan for plastic parts.

-Analyze and solve the problems in process.

-Statictic and analyze the quality & efficiency of plastic parts. Lead the continuous improvement plan for DL productivity.

Key Quality Required:

-Understand injection procedure and know how define the injection parameters

-Good knowledge on PPAP procedure

-Know AutoCAD software

-Know how solve the injection issues

Qulifications:

-2 years work experience on plastic injection manufacturing

-Bachelor's degree or above

-Can speak English
