  Duties:  

• Purchase needed goods from suppliers

• Coordination of purchased goods

• Plan and monitor purchased goods

• Follow up and ensure arrival of purchased goods

• Proactive cooperation with other colleagues and departments

• Able to conduct costing on related parts and tooling

• Manage suppliers relationship (Supply Chain Management)

• Support / conduct best of benchmark

• Work cross-functionally in supporting cost reduction initiatives to meet / exceed management goals

 Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Proactive work behavior and target-orientated attitude

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese in spoken and written

• Furniture related knowledge, working experience or studying background

• Good team spirit and communication skills

• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP Systems)

• Functional knowledge of cooperate operations

• Basic financial and business acumen

• Ability to quickly respond to changing needs by reallocations and/or managing resources

• Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice
