职位描述：
Job description for NPD engineer:
1. Be responsible for new product development and project management
2. Need to work with design agency, including foreign design agency and KF group innovation team
3. Need to do design review with factories before tooling release
4. Build test protocols for heating and cooling products, and help to make a matrix for product level
5. Need to witness field test in factories and write test report, also including first mass production
6. Work with QA to complete Product specification which is for inspector in 3rd part

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree at least
2. Have 3 years product development experience at least for Power Tools products;
3. both oral and written English is required
4. Communication skills
4. Good team work, and can work under pressure
5. Can operate office software well
