职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. Coordinate and implement training programs, which improve the identified skill and knowledge requirements of all employees
2. Lead New Employee Orientation Program
3. Lead English Learning Program & Virtual Learning Platform & ensure it's effectiveness
4. Maintain& update Training Records Management System-LSO/Access to ensure all audits smoothly fulfilled
5. Certification related safety & special equipment Management
6. Perform an active role in communicating and training employees with the company’s value and principles.
7. GMP responsibility
1) Make sure all training record related GMP archiving on time
2) Make sure new employee complete the Orientation Training as required by SOP when they are on-boarding
3) Support the internal/customer/authority audits & follow up related training issues.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree with majored in Human resources management and relevant disciplines.
2. 1-2 year working experience.
3. Good command of writing and reading English & Mandarin
4. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
5. Planning and organization skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Self-initiated with positive mindset, learning ability
8. Sensitive to cross-cultural environment
9. Ability to effectively interface with people at all levels
10. Strong customer orientation
