Job description:

？ Provide technical support and training for customer and partner.
？ After sales technical support and conduct R&R process.
？ Field service (on site support) for customer, conduct/support field trial and testing.
？ Gather technical info from customer/competitor and feed back to R&D.
？ Technical document translation and preparation.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree.

？ Major in electronic, automation or equivalent.
？ Min 2 years related working experience.

Capabilities:

？ Familiar with international technical support or after sales support process.
？ Fluent oral and writing English.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
？ Capable of frequent international travels.
