岗位职责：
Carry out civil and structural design led by discipline lead including setting up 3D model, structural analyzing model, preparing calculation report, structural detail design, and MTO
在部门领导下独立进行土建结构设计，能够建立3D模型、结构分析模型，准备计算报告，进行详细结构设计；
Assume field engineer role on site or yard led by field engineering manager
作为现场工程师受现场项目经理领导；
Assume structural engineer role in PMC team led by Project Engineering Manager
在项目组里作为结构工程师受项目设计经理领导；
Study and department developing led by Department Manager
部门经理负责指导该岗位员工职业生涯发展。
Qualification：
任职资格：
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably graduates from 985/211 colleges
 本科以上学历，土木工程或结构工程相关专业，985/211大学毕业生优先考虑；
3 to 7 years Civil or Structural engineering design experience, preferably in petrochemical/ chemical field
有3到7年石油化工行业土建或结构设计工作经验；
Familiar with GB Codes, Preferably with knowledge about US design codes and with reference of overseas projects
熟悉国家设计标准，最好熟悉美国建筑设计编码体系及海外项目的标准
PK/PM, AutoCAD, Staad.Pro skills are must; Preferably with experience of SmartPlant 3D, BOCAD Flexible, accountable, and able to deliver in full, on time.
能够熟练使用PK/PM，AutoCAD，Staad.Pro 软件， 最好能够熟练使用SmartPlant 3D、BOCAD软件，能够准时交付所设计项目
