职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the audit and the preparation of general ledger accounting vouchers and determine the types of the receipt and payment of funds accounting category.
负责总账处理及确定各类资金收付的会计科目归属;
2.Responsible for manual input A/P and parts of GL accounting voucher and AP clear in Kingdee ERP system.
手工录入应付和部分总账会计凭证进ERP系统；及应付账款核销;
3.Handling the tax refund operation and document filing.
操作出口退税事宜及文件归档;
4.Check and process vendor payment application. 供应商的货款申请审核及处理;
5.Responsible for printing the sales invoices，Input VAT invoices scan and verification.
负责销售发票的开具；增值税进项发票的扫描及认证;
6.Purchasing invoice create and match in Kingdee supply chain.
负责金蝶供应链采购发票生成匹配工作;
7.Reconcile GL OP&OP account and clear timely.
月度维护总账其他应收应付科目调节并及时清理;
8.Check and process employee reimbursement .
员工报销的流程处理及审核;
9.Assit in other tasks assigned by Finance manager.
协助财务经理安排的其他工作任务;

Qualifications:
1.At least two years related working experience, good written English and basic oral English is required as well.
至少两年工作经验，良好的英语书面及口语表达;
2.With accounting certificate, graduate certificate and Bachelor’s degree.
具有会计上岗证，大学毕业学士学历;
3.Have tax refund background is better.
有外贸行业退税经验尤佳;
