职位描述：
Role Purpose：
The role is pivotal to implement strategies to build greater efficiencies and sustainability in the China business unit operations.

Key Responsibilities：
Provide operational support on management of work volumes and workflows to achieve greater efficiencies, sustainability and agreed Service Levels for each function.To develop business processes in order to build greater efficiencies and sustainability
To develop and maintain market relationships where required
To implement and monitor legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Assist with implementation and monitoring ofProvide operational support on implementation of Business Plan(s), and strategy(ies) and operational projects.
To ensure effective management of work volumes and workflow management to achieve agreed Service Levels for each function.
To manage and monitor the Sales System and address broker inquiries through direct personal action or refers to the appropriate individuals.
Assist to monitor the quality of client service procedure.
Assist to coordinate the Third Party and Market Security approval and renewal process.

Qualifications：
At last mininum 3-4 years of related work experience
Good understanding of the JLT China Strategy, Business Unit strategy
Stakeholder management
Strong analytical and data-presentation skills
Knowledge of regulatory environment within the geographical scope
Have good interpersonal skills
