职位描述：
General Marketing Communication & Execution
1. Understand ECCO China marketing strategy & plan and develop local execution plan according to overall strategy
2. Understand ECCO China retail marketing strategy and plan and develop local execution plan according to overall strategy
3. Understand retail marketing market environment (currently Shanghai, Xian and Changzhou) and marketing resources and provide regular update to internal team on possible general marketing opportunities including OOH, PR, Social, Digital, Retail MKT, etc.
4. Regular communication with internal team to update status of local market including business level (key indicators including sell thru, YTD figure etc) and marketing level

Regional Retail Marketing
1. Yearly Retail Department Store OOH Planning and Execution including communication with department store marketing person, confirm ad location, price and period, purchase request, contract, image changing with department store vendor and contract, report etc.
2. Yearly Retail Themed Promotion planning and execution including proposal, purchase request, contract, material/sample check, staff training, instore execution, report etc which cover key festival and product category.
3. Yearly Retail Push/Key Article Campaign promotion planning and execution including proposal, purchase request, contract, material/sample check, staff training, instore execution, report etc.
4. Yearly Retail Roadshow planning and execution including proposal, purchase request, contract, material/sample check, staff training, instore execution, report etc.
5. Retail Social Coop with Dept Store and shopping mall to regularly release official social content and leverage on Dept Store social channel to gain more exposure for ECCO Shanghai
6. Regular communication with Dept Store and shopping mall in Xi’an & Kunshan to understand depart store promotion calendar and find opportunity to fit ECCO inside leverage on Department Store resources
7. Regular shop visit to check the VM status of Key Shops in assigned area and promotion execution status and feedback
8. Regular shop visit to prepare competitors report for instore promotion, VM, retail environment AD, etc.
9. Regular follow up with market retail team to understand business status and support needed from retail marketing in order to achieve the overall business target and have concrete action plan and execution according to brand requirement.
10. To support in preparation for other retail marketing campaign/event including roadshow, national promotion, VM, task include but not limited to product claim, data collection and analysis, department report and update, etc.

Administration & Procedure
1. Monthly Retail MKT Team newsletter preparation.
2. Budget Update and track according to finance regulation
3. Monthly report on project and initiative including department store OOH, instore promotion, offline event, social exposure, etc.
4. Department Administration work including SOP, Email Notice, Contract, Payment, etc.
5. Other random task that supervisor arranged.
