职位描述
Responsibilities:
He/She must be able to perform effectively in following areas:
1. Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
2. Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
3. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
4. Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business by targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
5. Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers
6. Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
7. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
8. Give pricing information to management and make recommendations.
9. Working with product development teams to manage new product development.
10. Managing launch campaigns for new products.
11. Managing distribution channels for products.
12. Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
13. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
14. Create product content e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.

16. writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
17. organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
18. assisting with promotional activities
19. visiting customers/external agencies
20. Preparing market research reports
21. Report monthly sales forecasts
22. Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
23. Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
24. Evaluate accounts
25. Monitor projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
26. Preparing technical proposals and tenders for clients alongside the relevant sales people.
27. Following up with customers to ensure orders have been fulfilled effectively.
28. Attending meetings with customers and answering technical and sales questions.
29. Assessing customer requirements and advising on the most suitable products for their needs.
30. Reporting on existing sales prospects and next steps to close the sales.
31. Preparing quotes for customers and costing up requirements to deliver the order ensuring profitability.
32. Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
33. Carrying out competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively.
34. Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
35. Reporting on campaign KPI’s and overall return on investment.
36. Making sure the company is Search Engine Optimised to maximise sales opportunities.
Requirements:

a) Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing or a related field required.
b) Note: A Candidate who can comply with the above-mentioned required Personality and Skills and has a Technical Degree e.g. Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial is preferable.
