职位描述：
工作职责Job Responsibility

1. 管理售后服务部门，带领团队达到公司设定的目标。
Management of service department, lead whole team to achieve the department target.

2. 制定、实施方案，确保售后工程师团队专业技术水平达到公司要求水准，并持续提升。
Be responsible for actions to bring the SE’s and technician on the same level of know-how and to develop this know how to more excellence.

3. 与客户进行良好沟通，了解客户需求，依据客户需要，提供售后解决方案。
Good communication with customers, understand customer needs, providing servicesolutions according to customer needs.

4. 模具及模具架的安装、调试设备。编写PLC程序，并对售后工程师给与指导。
Installation and debugging Moulds and Mould Carrier. Writing of PLC programs for tool functions, and coach service engineer.


5. 培训并督导钳工模具及模架安装、维护和保养等相关的知识。
Train and coach lock smith for mould and carrier building, maintenance and repair.

6. 为客户技术人员提供培训和技术支持。
Provide training and supporting to customer technical person.

7. 与德国总公司技术人员进行技术沟通与协作。
Communicate and cooperate with the technical person in the German headquarter.

8. 支持工厂机械设备故障的解决。
Support of company internal equipment problems.

9. 根据公司发展需要，经理安排的其他工作。
Manager can arrange others job for according to company development needs

Follow company and customeron site’s rules and policy.

岗位要求 Job Requirement

1. 5年以上售后服务、生产、维修的管理经验。
5 years above experience in service, production and maintenance management.

2. 机电、机械相关专业，本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanic, automatization or similar.

3. 熟悉机器制造、维修和保养的任务和流程。。
Experienced with tasks and processes of machine building, repair and maintenance

4. 良好的英文口语及书写能力，会德语优先。
Good written and oral English,German is advantage.

5. 熟悉掌握S7/WinCC-Flexble，和西门子TIA Portal。
Knowledge about S7/WinCC-Flexible and Siemens TIA portal.

6. 较强的沟通能力、合作性、责任心强。
Excellentskills in communication, motivation to co-working, organization, coordination, implementation ability and strong sense of responsibility for work.

7. 熟练操作计算机及其它办公设备。
Fluent using of the office software and office equipments.

8. 可经常国内短期出差。
Can often domestic travel for short term.
