职位描述：
1. Responsible for quality control of whole factory, setup and fulfill the quality control targets based on company
负责全厂的质量控制，根据公司质量方针制定质量控制目标；
2. Monitor confirmed quality KPI performance, and work out improvement plan & action items with the related process
监控确定好的质量目标，与相关过程责任人制定改进计划与行动措施，并且跟踪相关改进措施确保其能按时关闭；
Handling defective claim and initiate actions with 8D report, drive the internal team to do error-proof action.
处理品质问题投诉，启动处理行动并提供8D报告， 推动公司内部团队采取防错行动；
3. Perform and maintain the effective monitoring and testing system, make sure all gages and instruments are in calibrated condition;
负责测试设备与系统的校准与维护，确保所有检具与设备处于被校准状态；
4. Collect and analyze the quality data, resolve any data out of control conditions;
收集并分析质量数据，解决任何超出控制范围的问题；
5. Implement the product, material and components inspection and testing；
执行产品，材料与部件的检验与测试；
6. Define & update incoming inspection plan and QIP, standard samples and inspection gauge of approval
确定和更新来料检验计划和综合质量提升方案，以及承认的标准样品和检验治具
7. Summarize & monitor line quality performance like DPPM, drive the supplier to CIP.
总结和监控产线品质表现如DPPM, 推动供应商的持续改善。
8. Implement other tasks assigned by superior
完成上级安排的其他工作

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree majored in either quality engineering, electronic or mechanical engineering;
大学本科，质量工程，电子和机械工程专业；
2. Good knowledge in ISO9001/TS16949;
熟悉ISO9001及TS16949体系；
3. Familiar with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP
熟练掌握PPAP，FMEA，SPC,MSA,APQP等质量工具。
4. At least 5 years relevant experience in quality environment, experience on connector will be preferred.
至少5年质量相关工作经验，有连接器行业工作经验者优先；
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
良好的英语书面与口头表达能力；
6. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练办公软件：Excel，Word,PPT；
7. Strong analytical skills and good data sensitivity;
较强的分析技巧与数据敏感性
8. Good communication skill/ cross functional working experience; Good self-studying capability and problem solving
良好的沟通技能/跨部门沟通能力； 较强自我提升和专业问题解决能力
