职位描述：
1、 负责光伏建筑（BIPV）及传统幕墙销售工作，重点客户的开拓、关系的维护及提升。
2、 组织实施工程信息的收集和筛选，信息分析和汇总；
3、 负责具体投标策划实施，对投标的各项衔接工作负责，直至合同谈判及合同签订；
4、 在标书制作过程中，将业主及竞争对手的情况进行判别后，直接反馈商务和技术部门，并为商务标和技术标提出建议。
招聘要求：
1、大专以上学历，工科背景更佳，能比较快速深入地了解行业；
2、五年以上的销售经验，至少两年幕墙行业销售经验；
3、具有较强的谈判技巧，沟通能力、问题解决能力、适应能力、学习能力、影响与说服能力 ；
4、影响力：在准确把握说服对象心理特点的基础上，运用复杂的策略影响他人或通过微妙的操作手段使他人接受自己的观点；坚韧性：在比较艰苦的情况下或巨大的压力下有良好心理承受能力，能克服各种阻碍坚持工作，通过各种方法完成较困难的任务；
5、为人诚实、忠诚，工作积极主动、踏实，具有强烈的责任心，成功需要程度较高；具有某些方面的特长。
