PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing high quality business partnering. The key responsibility of this role is not limited to support and coordinate all HR related work included recruitment, benefit & compensation, termination, on boarding paperwork, performance reviews, and other employee data file management.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Recruitment:
· Load, post and manage roles through Taleo (ATS) and other job boards
· Sort and screen resumes, conduct phone screens and arrange interviews
· Conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks and arrange for personality profiling tests
· Assist in steps of the offer process to successful candidates
· Communicate employment result to unsuccessful candidates
· Maintan candidate database
· Labor contract arranging
· Social Benefit & Housing Funds account open& transfer information collect
· Mmedical insurance relevant documents collecting
· Apply staff’s working number and email address
· New Staff training material & stationary arrangement (corporate profile, Orientation material, annual leaving form, medical insurance introduction, reimbursement process)
· Following up probation review
· Following up with managers for outstanding paperwork/correspondence.
· Conduct all compliance related checks (e.g. visa, police checks) on all employees.
· Ensure the very best level of candidate experience and care throughout the recruitment process
· Staff annual leaving form collect & keep file
· Collecting staff's HR & payroll queries
Onboarding & Other Adminstration:
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements relating to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
· Conduct onboarding of new hires
· Administer new employee on-boarding paperwork eg. labor contract, copy and verify personal ID card / academic diploma / health certificate / labor booklet / photos / bank account no.
· Set up new employee personal folder
· Manage local employee contract renewal
· Administer employee probationary reviews
· Coordinate employment changes with payroll department
· Administer employees' housing fund, social insurance registration & termination
· Coordinate employee exit interview paperwork
· Conduct or arrange exit interview appt. for employee
· Coordinate termination paperwork with payroll department to stop payment and social insurance contribution.
· Coordinate with separating employee on returning company properties
- Promote, communicate and reinforce Company values and expected behaviors
- Work with line managers to develop and model behaviours that support Company culture and increase employee engagement
- Communicate and drive a occupational health and safety culture throughout the business by managing the injury management part of occupational health and safety for the applicable business unit.
- Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and mandarin)
- Familiar with local labour and employment policies and regulations
- Ability to show high levels of initiative and work effectively within competing goals and timeframes
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent generalist HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent teambuilding and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
- Strong personal drive and ability to work autonomously to see projects and tasks through to successful conclusions
- Must have Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources or related discipline
- 2 years experience in a similar role
