Job title: Marketing Coordinator （女性，上海本市户口，有旅游业工作经验者优先）

Job description:::

1. Organize and manage events such as trade workshops, press conferences and sales missions; conduct regular sales visits and product trainings to prospective customers.
2. Attend trade exhibitions and trade networking functions.
3. Organize and escort familiarizations.
4. Attend internal and clients' annual strategic marketing planning meetings.
5. Communicate with customers in terms of providing solutions and strengthening relationships.
6. Analyze market situation and competition intelligence with strong strategic thinking.
7. Prepare and monitor marketing budget to make sure all activities are within budget and procurement requirements.
8. Organize and manage ad-hoc marketing and communication projects. Evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.
9. Manage existing sales and media database, explore new market segments and create market preferences by implementing creative market penetration strategies, that will make an impact on the brand building and drive sales.
10. Establish strong working relationships with internal business partners, travel agents, airlines, national tourism organizations, corporations and both trade and mainstream media on various marketing initiatives.
11. Assist in drafting and sending e-newsletters and press release to trade and media partners for the company and the customers.

Job Requirements::

1. Degree holder (preferably with major in Marketing or Tourism Management) with at least 2 years related working experience in Marketing or Communications positions in multi-national corporations.
2. Smart, well-organized, detail-minded, highly motivated, who is willing to work independently and receptive to changes.
3. Creative and strong business sense.
4. Experience in dealing with overseas parties preferred.
5. Travel domestically and overseas is required.
6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
7. Strong computer skills and well-versed in using MS Office and Macintosh.

2. 代表公司出席行业活动

4. 出席公司客户年度市场推广计划会议并参与跟进
5. 维护与客户的日常沟通及加强联络
6. 每月搜集市场资讯
7. 参与并协管所负责市场的市场预算表，确保所有市场推广活动可以顺利进行
8. 组织协管市场推广项目，并针对各个活动提交项目报告.
9. 负责管理日常客户及媒体的信息库
10. 与公司客户，所涉及的旅游业公司，航空公司，国家旅游局及企业客户等维持良好沟通及关系
11. 协助撰写每月电子报及新闻稿，并发送给合作客户。

职位要求::

1. 学历要求（市场管理或旅游管理科毕业优先选择） ；至少两年管理经验或旅游相关管理经验
2. 做事有计划，细心，耐心，高度的工作热诚，能独立完成工作并对突发事件可以良好应对；
3. 有强烈的工作意识及丰富创造力.
4. 有与海外客户接洽的经验者优先
5. 可参与公司需求的国内外出差
6. 良好的中英文听说读写能力
7. 扎实的计算机使用技能（文档处理，邮件收发，ppt制作等）
