职位描述：
*Perform and control set-ups; make adjustment of different machines(assembly, spring-loaded jumper, pressuer control contact).
执行并控制产线的设置，调整生产的各种机器（组装机，弹簧针装配机和压力控制端子等）
*Optimize the machines to ensure and/or improve their performance
优化机器设备以保证并改进机器的产出表现
*Design and define fixture and equipment of manual & semi-auto assembly lines， involve in design of automatic
设计和确定人工和半自动组装线的工装夹治具和设备，参与全自动组装机的设计。
*Resolve the machine breakdowns, and responsible for preventive maintenance to minimize down time
处理机器故障，并负责预防性的维修以尽可能的减少产线断线的时间
*work with related department on analysis of technique and quality problems, to make improvement on assembly machine, fixture and process accordingly
与相关部门合作分析技术和品质问题并对生产流程、工装夹治具和组装机做相应的改进
*Support and drive cost reduction, productivity, safety and quality improvement goals
支持和推动降低成本，提高生产率，保障安全和改善品质的目标
*Participation in projects of new product development and new production process introduction with responsible for industrialization
负责参与新产品研发项目和新生产工艺引进的工业化。
*Implement other tasks assigned by superior
完成上级安排的其他工作

Qualification
*Bachelor degree of Mechanical, industrial, automation, electrical and electronics and other engineering major
本科学历，机械，工业控制、自动化，电气和电子等相关专业
*5 years work experience in mass production IE , including min. 2 years working experience in connector industry
五年工厂工艺工程师的工作经验，其中两年以上的连接器行业工作经验
*Nice communication, good team working spirit, able to work under pressure
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，抗压能力强
*Good PC skills in MS office and CAD & 3D design software
熟练使用微软office软件和CAD及3D设计软件
*Good English level both in written and oral
良好的书面及口语英语水平
