职位描述：
1、Take responsible for the sourcing and implement the sourcing strategies to build up competitive supply base.
   负责采购和实施采购战略,建立有竞争力的供应商；
2、Implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
   实施有效的采购和分类管理策略；
3、Collaborate with Parts Category Leader to ensure sharing and implementation of best practices, execution of continues improvements, and implementation of local strategies.
   与部门领导协作，确保持续改进***执行方案，并实施当地策略；
4、Lead new supplier development, lighting sourcing intelligence collection and analysis.
   开发新的供应商，收集和分析照明采购信息；
5、Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
   项目分析和计算采购成本，并提出减少支出的方法；
6、Implement supplier risk assessment.
   实现供应商风险评估；
7、Select supplier according to customer's demand and sourcing strategy.
   根据客户的需求选择供应商和采购策略；
8、Monitor supplier and ensure the quality of product and the time of the delivery.
   监控供应商，保证产品质量及交货期；
9、Sourcing proper products and process secondary developments according to customer/project request.
   根据客户以及项目需要，寻找合适的产品以及进行适当的二次开发。

任职要求：
1、3 years working experience in sourcing role, supply chain in Lighting or other relevant area.
   3年及以上采购工作经验，照明领域或其它相关领域的供应链；
2、Cost analysis skill and project management concept.
    具备成本分析技巧和项目管理理念；
3、Good communication skills & flexibility and willing to learn is essential.
    良好的沟通能力和灵活性，有主动学习意愿；
4、Able to establish good and long-term relationship with suppliers.
    能够与供应商建立良好的长期合作关系；
5、Team player – able to work within a multinational team.
    有团队合作精神 - 能够在外企企业文化中工作；
6、Fluent in English – oral and written.
    熟练的英语口语及书写。
