Responsibilities职责:
1. According to the company's requirement of performance management, optimize the performance management system, and organize the implementation of performance appraisal. 根据公司对绩效管理的要求,优化绩效管理体系,组织实施绩效考核;
2. According to the company's annual business goals and department annual work objectives, formulate department and head of the inspection plan, ensure the smooth realization of the goals of the department. 根据公司年度经营目标及部门年度工作目标,协助制定部门及部门负责人考核方案,确保各部门工作目标的顺利实现;
3. According to each department annual work objectives, guide each department to make the employee's annual appraisal plan, properly to ensure employee performance evaluation, make the smooth realization of the goal each department work.根据各部门年度工作目标,指导各部门分解和制定员工年度工作目标和考核方案,确保员工绩效得到合理评估,使各部门工作目标的顺利实现;
4. Organize the implementation of the employee's daily/annual examination, help check and examination of related assessment data, ensure inspection justice real, performance assessment information system of the maintenance data on a regular basis.组织实施员工的日常/年度考核;协助检查相关考核资料和考核数据,确保考核公正真实;定期维护绩效考核信息系统的数据。
5. Provide organization and performance management related training 提供组织架构及绩效管理的相关培训
6. Supervise and provide assistance to the performance appraisal process of various departments, and solve the problems in time, so that the performance evaluation system can be implemented.对各部门绩效考核过程进行监督并提供协助,及时解决其中出现的问题,使绩效评价体系能够落到实处
7. Summarized and statistical performance appraisal data, organized employee performance appraisal files, and provided basic information and basis for performance salary accounting.汇总、统计绩效考核数据,整理员工绩效考核档案,为绩效工资核算提供基础资料及依据;
8. Formulated and improved the company's talent development plan according to the company's development strategy and human resources strategy;根据公司发展战略和人力资源战略,制定和完善公司的人才发展规划;
9. Assisted in the formulation and optimization of relevant systems, systems and processes of the organization, including organizational structure management, post management, position level system, etc.;协助制定和优化组织相关各项体系、制度与流程,包括组织架构管理、岗位管理、职位级别体系等;
10. Assisted in establishing the competency model system of the post, combed and improved the qualifications of the post, and established the employee career development channel;协助建立岗位胜任力模型体系,梳理、完善岗位任职资格标准,搭建员工职业发展通道。
11. Responsible for organizing the inventory of all kinds of talents of the company and identifying employees' groups of different values负责组织公司各类人才的盘点,识别出对公司不同价值的员工群体;
12. Responsible for the development of high potential talent, management personnel, key post successors and personnel system construction;负责高潜力人才、管理人员、关键岗位继任者的培养和人才体系建设;
13. Responsible for the assessment and development of leadership;负责领导力的评估与发展;
14. Assist in other tasks assigned by superior;协助完成上级交办的其他任务。
Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration and related;本科学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业
2. Above 3 years experience in Multi-national manufacturing company or Joint Venture Company. Working experience in organizational development and performance management is preferred ;3年以上大型制造业跨国公司或合资企业人力资源经验,具有组织发展、绩效管理模块工作经验优先
3. Experience in building qualification system, quality model, talent inventory and employee career development channel project is preferred;有搭建任职资格体系、素质模型、人才盘点、员工职业发展通道项目经验者优先;
4. Have strong logical thinking ability, promote influence ability, analyze and solve problem ability, communicate and express ability;具有较强的逻辑思维能力、推动影响能力、分析解决问题能力,沟通表达能力。
5. HR certification or other certification related with HR management will be preferred;持人事上岗证或人力资源管理师证书为佳
6. Open-minded, proactive and results-oriented, with strong learning ability;心态开放、积极主动、结果导向,学习能力强
7. Good command of written and oral English;良好的英语技能
