职位描述：
OHA is a smallmulti-disciplinarydesign firm focusing on interior and architecture and was directed by Hans Hollein and his partners. We are focusing on research and experiment from a humanistic point of view.
 
Oha is looking for talented young interior architect who is passionate about design and architecture and can demonstrate the ability to consistently create high quality interior designs. The ideal candidate will be creative and confident with a superb understanding of arts and culture.
 
Responsibility:
l. Collaborate on interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and input on budgets and schedules
2. Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
3. Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications
4. Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
5. Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
6. Respect schedule and responses
 
Qualification:
1. At lease 2 years working as a interior architectprofessionally
2. Have a degree in design
3. Be able to handle small scale projects independently and able to work with teams
4. Smooth English
5. Strong knowledge of the design process, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials
6. Outstanding graphic presentation skills
7. Computer skills include Revit, AutoCad, and Excel as well as knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3-D Studio Max
