职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage product portfolio, pricing framework and launch new products to facilitate effective promotion campaign
-Partner with regional marketing specialists on local deployment including sales support, product launch events, customers’ practice marketing support, performance tracking
-Develop and localize sales training material and toolkits in line with sales effectiveness initiatives
-Working with regional marketing teamand consolidate feedback and market insights collected by regional marketing team and input to strategy building and campaign implementation
-Assist National marketing director to develop brand strategy, market positioning and differentiation strategies to build strong brand equity in China market
-Assist National marketing director Identify market potential in different market segments and to create penetration plan to build market leadership
-Monitor competitor’s activities

Relationship
-Report to Director of Marketing, Simmons China
-Collaborate with China regional marketing manager& team
-Support regional retailing and distribution team in China
-Work with other support functions

We seek a Marketing Manager with
-BA degree is must in business major, MBA is a plus
-Proven track record with more than 8 years of product management and/or marketing career from FMCG industry, mattress industry experience is plus
-Good to have sales experience
-Good spoken and written communication skill with Chinese and English
-Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details
-Analytical skill
-Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
-Customer focused
-Able to travel extensively local
