KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure AP process performed timely and correctly

* Reconcile and control accounts, retrieving information from the accounting system and responding questions (written and calls) in the company

* Review payment request and attached supporting document, i.e. Production/Media invoice, in-house invoice, T&E

* Review GL transaction base on local finance request and prepare AP report

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting or Finance

* 1 year hands-on accounting experience, prefer in foreign company

* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

* Good command in reading and written English, as well as Mandarin

* Good communication skill
