岗位职责：
Job description:
1. 测定生产各工序的标准生产工时；
Measure the standard routing time of different working operations;
2. 对车间所有产品的标准工时数据进行ERP系统输入、数据更改等；
Input/change data of standard routings in ERP system;
3. 参与车间项目或者公司项目的建设与实施，协助项目负责人完成项目；
Join production projects, to assist the project specialist to finish the project;
4. 提高现有操作，不断提高质量、生产力、效率和节约成本；
Improve continually existing operation, for increasing quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings;
5. 寻找降低生产成本的方法并提出建议，比如通过新工艺设备。
Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations - i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification.

任职要求：
Job requirement:
1. 大专及以上学历，机械/机电专业；
College or above; Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering;
2. 5年以上工作经验。有电机制造行业的工作经验优先考虑；
5 years working experience. Proven track record and working knowledge in motors manufacturing industry should be priority;
3. 良好的生产区域布局和精益生产知识；
Good knowledge of cell custom build and Lean Manufacturing;
4. 有较强的组织协调能力和团队精神；
Good communication and teamwork ability;
5. 主动积极，责任心强，敢于承担压力；
Initiative, good responsibility and afford pressure;
6. 具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
English listening, speaking, reading, writing skills.
