Responsibilities 岗位职责
? To communicate with the Client and have a complete understanding of the whole project, including targets of the project, technical constraints and time schedule
? To lead a small engineering team, focusing on packaging and feasibility phases
? To transfer to the engineering team members know how and to motivate them to improve their professional skills
? To share with Icona Design Director the project guide lines
? To plan the engineering activities and to keep under strict control the development of the project in terms of time schedule and resource requirement
Requirements 任职资格
? Over 15 years related working experience
? Excellent leadership skill
? Understanding of vehicle construction, respect of technical constraints while defending the design
? Deep knowledge of engineering of BIW, exterior and interior trims, including production process
? Good experience in feasibility and packaging analysis
? Experience in ergonomic and homologation
? Knowledge of pedestrian protection requirements
? Experience in typical section development
? Knowledge on Catia V.5 CAD system
? Good ability to communicate with the Client and understand their requests
? Good ability to communicate in English
