职位描述：
-Working closely with the Merchandiser and Category Manager for China Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong region.
-Ensure compliance regarding ECI and European quality standards.
-Closely monitoring suppliers on their performance.
-Weekly tracking of supplier status on all aspect of production follow up.
-Ensure and prevent on time problems in the products that can affect the safety of our consumers.
-Prevent and give support to merchandiser nd supplier with questions about our quality standards.
-Being able to actively propose/solve solution to problems.
-Prepare reports generalizing the situations faced at the end of the season, looking forward new solutions and preventive measurements for the next season.

Requirement:
- Good knowledge of planning and production follow up.
-Strong in organisation and priority management.
-Strong attention to details.
-At least 3 years experience in the lighting (compulsory), if not in HOME department.
-Strong efficiency to solve problem and proactive with suppliers in all type of negotiations(price, quality, delivery, improvements to make).
-Capable of working on low/middle volume with suppliers.
-Anticipation with suppliers is a must.
-Strong planification of sourcing/buying trips.
-Monitor suppliers performance to avoid delay.
-Strong in priorities management.
-Possible travelling but not frequent.
