职位描述：
任职要求：Requirements:

1. 机械专业，大学专科以上学历 ，具有数控机床行业从事机床技术支持2年以上经验，男女不限；
Major in Mechanical, University bachelor degree or above, Graduate or CNC control machine tool industry in technical Support experience at least 2 years, both men and women;

2. 责任心强，诚信，积极主动；常驻上海者优先；
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive; better live in Shanghai；

3. 良好的英语基础，能进行日常沟通及邮件交流，具有学习热情 ；
Good in English, in daily and email communication, learning enthusiasm;

4. 在签署的技术协议基础上，能安排和协调客户与总部之间有关合同技术部分沟通与协调；
Based on the Technical Agreement, communication and coodination between the Headquater and the Cusotmer side for the Technical Part;

主要工作内容：Main Work Contents:

1. 在合同签订后，根据合同内容按时提供机床外形图，地基图，机床使用参数等文件给到客户并与客户确认；
After the contract signed, provide the Layout, Foundation Drawing, Machine use parameter to the customer and get the confirmation;

2. 根据技术协议规定内容，将机床配置，预验收，终验收期间试切加工等细节与客户以及总部之间沟通协调；
According to the Technical Agreement Confirmation, check all the details of the machine configuration, Pre-acceptance and Final Acceptance Cutting Tests and so on among the customers and Headquater;

3. 机床使用期间出现的问题，收到客户的通知后，及时与西班牙总部和售后部门沟通协调，解决问题；
During the machine use period, after getting the notice from the customer’s side that the machines have some problems, shall get in touch with the headquater and after-sales department;

4. 机床到厂卸货时，及时安排工程师和所需工具箱到客户工厂进行机床的开箱，卸货和安装工作；
When the machine arrive in cusotmer factory, arrange the engineers and the tool boxes to coordinate with cusotmer to open the containers, unload the machines and install the machines;

5. 其他有关售后服务部相关协调工作；
The other jobs that needed to be coordinated in after-sales department;
