职位描述：
职位名称：供应链助理

主要职责:
1、负责国际贸易项下单证、物流、以及跟单工作中涉及的各项内容；
2、合同制作，信用证的开立及审核，交单整套单据的制作等；
3、妥善保管客户的资料、归档，进行信息的收集、汇总与整理；
4、负责贸易上下游关系的维护与合作及时反馈和了解客户的信息及需求；
5、配合业务总监进行单证团队的建设与管理；
6、完成公司领导交办的其他事项；

任职要求:
1、 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
2、 英语4级以上；
3、 有两年以上业务跟单经验，熟悉L/C业务和银行操作流程等工作经验，具有大宗贸易公司相关工作经验者优先；
4、 具备优秀的执行能力、有良好的沟通及业务谈判技巧；
5、 沟通能力强，具有良好的团队协作精神，有较强抗压能力及、责任感强，擅于解决突发情况。

Position: Documentation Specialist

Main Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for documents, logistics, and orders i***olved in the international trade ;
2.Contract making, establish and examine a letter of credit , make the whole set of surrender documents;
3.Properly keep customer's information,file,collect,summarize and sort out the information.
4.Responsible for the mainte***ce and cooperation of the upstream and downstream trade relations, timely feedback and understand the customer's information and needs;
5.Coordinate with the business director to build and manage the document team;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by the company leader;

 Qualifications & Requirements:
1．College degree or above, major in international trade, business English or related;
2．English at 4 level or above;
3．More than two years working experience in business documentary, familiar with L/C business and bank operation process, working experience in large trading company is preferred;
4．Excellent execution ability, good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Strong communication skills, good team work spirit, higher compression capability, and strong sense of responsibility, good at solving unexpected situations;
