职位描述：
Job Summary:

1. Dealing with customer enquiries and offers, verify them and preparation necessary documents.
2. System operation, transfer outer product demand into internal enquiry sheets, create projects in ERP (Navision system).
3. Cooperate with Shipping/Tech department on purchase related questions and/or supplier factory issues.
4. Collect marketing info and keep team files updated.
5. Sample handling, arrange / collect enquiry samples and send to customer on time after checking with Technical Department.
6. Support and prepare related documents for PM’s travelling or meeting


Required Qualifications:

1. University Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / or relative field with basic understand of technical and engineering information (Or vice versa).
2. Min 3 years working experience in Merchandising/ Marketing Department from foreign/multi-national companies, experience in power/garden tool industry will be a plus.
3. Working with ERP system surroundings will be a plus.
4. Excellent skills with MS office (Excel/Word/Power Point…) will be preferred.
5. High initiative with communication and negotiation skills, also team work spirit is required.
6. Good verbal and written capability of English.
