1. Production:

  

• 负责高效生产,不断提高生产效率。

  Efficient production, continually improve efficiency and productivity.

• 负责生产产品的准时交货，严格按照生产计划和销售订单的要求完成生产。

  Responsible for on time delivery, Finish the production on time according to

  production order and sales order requirments.

• 负责生产线设备的日常保养、维护及简单维修，确保生产线设备的正常使用.

  Responsible for daily maintainance of machine in production line. Ensure the

  normal running of machine.

                

1. Quality and Safety:

  

• 负责焊接产品质量

  Responsible for the production quality.

• 负责生产区域的6S管理，确保生产区域整洁，工具、材料摆放在规定区域，

  Responsible for 6S of work area. Ensure the work area clean, tools and

  materials placed in the defined area. Follow 6S principle.

• 负责生产安全无事故。

  Responsible for Safety of people, machine and building.

              

1. 其它Others

完成上级交办的其它工作。
Any other jobs that assigned by shift leader & department manager.

任职要求：

  

1. 有焊工证。

   Welding certification is mandatory.

2. 5年以上焊接生产经验；

   5 yeas or above the experencie of welding production.

3. 熟知产品结构（BOM）的含义和作用；

   Good knowledge in the products and BOM.

4. 熟知ISO9001体系和管理思想；
   Good knowledge in ISO9001

5. 严谨、务实的工作作风和习惯。

                Carefull and self-motived.
